The Ascension Parish Council adopted an ordinance on September 18, 2008 which established the Professional Services Selection Committee. This Committee/Process is used for selection of services related to pre-construction engineering, construction engineering services, research, planning, environmental & related activities, surveying services, right-of-way acquisition services, and  other engineering/professional related services.  The selection process will follow the manual and selection criteria attached below.
