• Keep the official minutes of the meetings of the governing authority
• Process Ordinances
• Certify Copies of minutes, resolutions and ordinances
• Prepare Council agendas and Notices
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes
• Prepare public notices, Council action Notices and Correspondences
• Research official records for Parish Council Motions
• Keep Code of Ordinances Updated
• Prepare proclamations, resolutions and certificates
• Maintain order of files

Hours of Operation: Mon – Thur 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Friday 7:30 am – 11:30 am
