For culvert permitting for first access driveways or frontages along all PUBLIC Rights of Way, call the Ascension Parish Call Center at 225-450-1200 with the request.

‍All commercial applicants shall submit an approval letter from Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) prior to permit approval. For new businesses, a plans packet can be emailed, picked up from their office, or obtained online by visiting https://ldh.la.gov/index.cfm/page/632.
